For this swap, you will keep a dream journal for two weeks. If you don't dream journal yet but are curious to try, you are more than welcome to join! I recommend keeping a notebook or pad of paper and a writing instrument next to the bed, and writing ASAP upon waking.

Then, for this swap, select one dream you wrote about and write about it. What did it look like? Who was in it? What happened? What do you think it meant?

If you didn't have any dreams or didn't have any dreams you were comfortable sharing, you can write a bit about the experience keeping the journal, if you remembered anything but no full dreams, if you had sleep disturbances you think contributed, etc.

In any case, please also write a bit about yourself, when you became interested in dreaming, have you tried lucid dreaming and things of that nature.
