Comment: This was very interesting. I liked the theme and the emphasis on the fortune, which gets lost sometimes in these short stories. I think told in the first person would be even better, just my humble opinion. Excellent effort!
Response: thanks, I'll try to use first person, it's more emotional if the character tells it, but i usually use third person, it comes natural and easily.

Comment: Sorry I didn't get to rating this until just now. The holidays are such a busy time for my family having 3 birthdays, an anniversary, and 2 baptism anniversary dates between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Hopefully you finished your novel this time around. I hope to do Nano next year!

Comment: i think your kitchen looks warm and inviting! and really, who really has a spotless kitchen? I know I don't! I would like to sit and have coffee in your parents kitchen! and it looks like a kitchen that makes you feel happy in!
Response: it does (unless you have to cook everytime and since I'm on a special nutritional programm I got fed up of always cooking for me) If you're here though you can come we hvae a variaty of coffees, teas and hot chocs haha

Response: yep, also why throw away things that you can use but when you can't it makes you feel good to actually recylce them instead of binning them. I have a sense of horror when ever I use the normal bin, I start calculating how much it will take to biodigrade.
