Comment: I'm sorry to rate you with a 3, the swap was very good, but it was sent late. The custom form, signed by you was dated two days after the send by date, and the postage paid sticker is dated a whole week after the send by date! If you had contacted me about this and give me a reason for sending late it might not have been a problem, but when I don't know it and have to discover it myself I'm not a happy camper.
