Cookie - Cutter Swap

This is basically a USA version of this swap, which @Ladybird2490 has graciously allowed me to host.

You will send your partner:
• Two of your favorite cookie recipes (handwritten or typed, as long as it's legible)
• One (new) cookie cutter (minimum size 2 inches x 2 inches)
• Something to decorate the cookies with (sprinkles, frosting tubes, other edible embellishments, etc.)

Rating Requirements:
• Must have at least a 4.98 rating
• No unexplained 1's or 3's
• No unrated swappers
• Must have completed and been rated for a least 3 type 3 swaps

USA only. Please don't sign up if you can't fulfill the swap, no one likes a flaker.
