Response: Fresh and Easy was a chain store here in the west coast that went bankrupt this year. It was a favorite of mine and will be missed. :( I'm so glad you enjoyed my choices. Not everyone enjoys ginger (but I do). Don't overbrew unless you really like ginger though. :)

It's a subtle effect, but looking closely I can see how much work they must have been to cut out, and to arrange by colour, and to scratch into them so they wouldn't be as "flat," and to give that touch of white that one sees at the edge of waves ... perfect!

Comment: I was totally tickled with Jenna's choice of theme for her bestiary - Biblical animals. From the real (the lions of Daniel) to the fantastic (the unicorns that dance through the Psalms), her child-like drawings were set off by whimsical yet informative and thoughtful text, in the true spirit of a medieval bestiary. I could have wished her to have chosen cardstock, rather than paper, for the cover, as it was already somewhat crumpled when it arrived, but the contents were safe and all that could be desired. I and my six-year old daughter will really enjoy re-reading this together! (We both appreciated the mini treasure bag, as well, particularly the charms, trinkets and buttons. Thanks so much!)

Postcrossing is a international postcard project, you send and receive postcards from all over the world. Yay snail mail! :) Letterboxing is kind of like a treasure hunt and the treasure at then end is a hand carved rubber stamp that you stamp into you logbook. Really fun! And right now I am only doing soap molding but I would love to make my own someday. Just haven't had the time.

Comment: Thank you for your friendly note (you made me a bird card - how thoughtful indeed!) the lovely sounding teas, and the stamped images. I also especially loved that you sent it all in a handmade envelope with a field of beautiful sunflowers on it!! I love trying new teas and both of these are new to me. Don't worry, I'll be fine with the Lemongrass tea. I love the packaging. Some of my favorite teas right now are the organic ones and they are, like you said, sweet enough on their own without having to add any honey. I also enjoyed reading your note. Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Response: I am so excited that you liked it!!! I was stumped for a long time on what I wanted to send. Yeah, our microwave broke about 3 years ago and I bought a toaster oven and never looked back...no radiation...and it works just as good. But, you can't make microwave popcorn in it. :) Take Care,
