Comment: I got a torn envelope and the little green sheet of paper that read "I hope you enjoy your holidays and this ornament. The envelope was completely destroyed and ripped open from shipping, so thus there was no ornament.
Response: I am so sorry about that. The lady at the post office assured me that they would be fine because I was paying the extra postage to avoid them going through the machines.

Comment: I just received it on the 2nd of January! I don't know why it took so long to get here (seeing as you sent it on the 12th!) , but it is lovely!
Response: Hey just wondering if you gave the 1 because you didn't recieve your onrmanet or because you didn't like it. If you didn't get it I will more then happy to send you a new one. It was a wreath that was syrofoam base wrapped in green yarn. On it were a few rhinstones.
