Description:
Simple and easy; send a profile based package worth at least 15US$ to your partner. You need at least 150 ratings of 5, and 50 Type 3 swaps, and a wish list that is possible to shop for (world peace and things you can get on that one tiny island in the middle of nowhere doesn't count ;P). I don't do exceptions, I host profile swaps for -everyone-, if this isn't for you, then it just isn't!
