I don't have a sewing machine that I know how to use yet, but I did make one by hand that I'm using in a Tag game. It turned out pretty cool. I didn't follow the directions exactly, but I kinda like mine :) There is a picture of it on the Flickr page for sew random by me (wimashedpotatoes)

A note on the tutorial... if you do not want to use a seam ripper to take out a bit of the lining bottom, you can piece this together just like you would a coin purse and save that step. (Sew linings to outsides at top - right sides together. Open them up and put them right sides together. Sew the two together leaving a gap at the bottom of the lining to turn it out through.

This is a super cute bag!
