This is a regional swap for everyone born in June! You'll send one partner a profile based birthday surprise! Spending amount should be between $8 and $10. Nothing handmade or used (unless their profile states they like vintage or antique, for example). You must have a rating of 4.8 or higher with at least five Type 3 swaps completed. No recent 1's.
