Is this swap open to new memebers then? Also so I am sure of this (since I'm new to doing this) it means the cards get mailed in an envelope right? I am really interested if I can join Just need to be sure before I do. Thanks.

Suggestion: There were 3 swaps with this name - one typed in all lower case and the other two typed in upper and lower case. It was very confusing when the cards started coming in. I had to click on each swap to figure out which one I was rating for. Maybe if the same name is used one could be called #1, #2 etc... Thank you.
