It's too hot to cook!!!! Great for Newbies

This is a recipe exchange. It just so happens that it is 107 degree's at my house today. Much too hot to cook. To save postage I thought we could just make this an email swap. You will have 4 partners and email each of them 3 favorite summer recipes. This could include BBQ, crock-pot, summer salads etc. This is international and I won't put any limits on who can participate. I hope everyone will act with integrity.
