(I will be taking over hosting this monthly PC swap series for the time being!) This is a USA only swap! 1 partner, 1 postcard, 1 short note from you to them, proper postage. Brighten someone's day for just a stamp! Senders choice! No ad/freebie/handmade postcards but zazzle/cafepress is fine. Postcards must be commercially printed. Please send this naked through the postal system - however if your partner prefers them BIE (blank in envelope) that is fine as well - write your note on a separate piece of paper.
