USAPC: 3 Elements ATC #59

Hi swappers!

Here's the first of our 3 Elements series in 2022! This time you'll be creating an ATC which features:

• the color blue

• a vintage photograph of someone looking at . . .

• a bird!

Three simple elements; the twist is that the subject in your photo should be looking at the bird.

Standard ATC rules apply:

• sturdy base

• 2.5"x3.5"

• info on the back

• sent in a sleeve
