You will send your partner three (3) blank non-touristy postcards of local artist in an envelope. If you are from Finland - the author of the postcards must be Finnish. If you are from Germany - the author of the postcards must be German. and etc. Postcards can be from different artists. Postcards are expected to be new, store bought, blank, clean. No ad/freebie/self/homemade
