HOMERS:

1-50 items limit 3 USA homers.

1-51 items limit 5 USA homers.

1-50 items no more than one INT'L homer.

51-100 limit 3 INT'L homers.

Because no one really wants to get stuck with a lot of costly INT'L homers. Mostly.

Sending alot? You are obligated to make sure your partner is NOT a signer.
