Description:
Drag out your (too) many rolls of kawaii deco and/or washi tape and cover an envelope (minimum 6.5 X 3.5). Top to bottom (leave space for an address, or use a label!!) front and back! Then pick out 30 flake stickers to put in it. The tape doesn't have to be kawaii brands, but the flakes do.
