Random PC Swap #2

The first swap of this series was done back in August of 2017 and I kind of forgot about the series! I apologize for that and I'm going to do my best to keep up with it this time around. So welcome to the Random PC Swap #2!

You will have one partner who you will send one PC (postcard) to. PC must be naked (not in an envelope), written on, and sent with a stamp. This will be sender's choice. Swap is Regional - USA only for now.

• Please be sure to send your PC on time. I will angel this if I have to, but this swap is so simple, I hope it won't come to that!
• Newbies are welcome.
• No recent unexplained 1s or 3s (I will check everyone's profile).
• Again, this is sender's choice. Please do not downrate someone just because you didn't like the PC they chose to send you.
• Hearts are given at your own discretion.
