💥90's cartoon character ATC

This swap is for one ATC, any medium you prefer just don't simply sticker slap and not make it look cool, with the theme being a cartoon character from a 90's cartoon! :D

You get the idea! :) standard ATC size (2.5"x3.5") on decent backing (no flimsy paper) I will angel if necessary. No clue if this has been done before and I'll probably do an 80s cartoon theme one later also.
