Can a handmade card be one of the three postcards?

If it was sent to you and you hate it. Also so long as it is not covered in stickers or cut out from magazines, etc. Must be a photo made into a postcard by zazzle or vistaprint or photo shop. Can also be some ones drawn and painted postcard.
