Tea Tasks

Dear Ladies, One year ago today, swapping commenced in our group. To mark the occasion of the first anniversary of At Home with the Georgettes Group I am having a tea party to celebrate. The first four people (excluding myself) to join and complete this swap will be guests at my postal tea party. You will receive a parcel from me with all the necessary items to have a cup of tea. For our swap, I chose tea for the theme as it has always been a social drink. Let us have a little fun and get to know one another through this swap. You will have one partner and three tasks to complete:

• Write about a tea experience. This could be a beautiful tea you’ve tasted, an afternoon high tea, a special tea room you’ve visited or another memorable association you have had with tea.

• Send one tea bag of a tea you enjoy. This must be in a sealed packet, please no loose tea or loose unwrapped bags and do look over your partner’s profile to ensure you do not send something that may cause an allergic reaction.

• Send something flat depicting tea, this could be an ATC, a bookmark, a postcard, note card or another flat item you have that shows tea, teacups or a pretty table setting for tea. Use your imagination. This item can be handmade, it does not have to be store bought.
