I don't know American sizes, but 42EU, or Large.

(And I don't know if it matters, as the swap description didn't specify, but I do tend to prefer the kinds of undies with more fabric - like hipsters or briefs - rather than the tiny ones with barely any fabric ... just, in case my partner feels like taking that into consideration.)
