Hi there.... You will have 1 partner and for them you will have to make make 2 ATC's. The theme is 'STARS'. It is open to interpretation and for you to create in your own special way. However, please do not just slap a few stickers on and call it an ATC. Put some effort into it! Embellish. Add something extra for a heart. Make something that you yourself would love to receive. This is an international swap. Please have a rating of 4.5 or above. No no-sends, and no flakers. Get those creative juices flowing, and creating! :D
