Description:
This one's simple, make a Valentine ATC for one partner. Sender's choice: any style or colors as long as it reflects Valentine's Day. ATC RULES: ATC must be 2.5"x 3.5". Must have a sturdy backing and be in some sort of plastic sleeve or protective envelope. Any medium is acceptable. Please no sticker slapping! REQUIREMENTS: At least at 4.98 rating. I will open this up for newbies and angel if necessary (I know I won't have to because no one is going to flake) No recent 1's or 3's without explanation - PM me for 'clearance'.
