Yep its back again The washi Swap # 4 so what i am wanting to do in this swap is your going to swap 8 18 inch washi tape samplers you can place them on a playing card or plastic sheet, you will then place them in a card of your choice * don't forget to place the name of the group and your user name in the card. you are also going to rate your partners. and please be 4.95 rating to enter and please no Flakes * all washi and deco tape is welcome
