Description:
The cost of swaps going out as International prevents a lot of them BEING International. However, one way to have a swap be lower cost is to make it paper. One partner. One envelope of Halloween paper items. Suggestions are cards, Postcards, stickers, cartoons, paper for scrap-booking or ATCs. Other items as you can imagine are included. Easy breezy swap that includes our International members.
