I have a couple of questions please :-)

Firstly, is this swap international, as I am in the UK ?

Secondly, if it is International, would be be OK to make postcards from new shop bought Xmas cards? This is because it is hard to find Xmas postcards in the UK, but there are plenty of Xmas cards on sale that I could use to make postcards.
