Steampunk ATC (international)

You will create one steampunk ATC for one partner.

ATC's are 2.5" x 3.5" on a sturdy backing. Sender's choice. Any medium so long as it's something you'd like to receive (no sticker-slapping). Please send in a protective sleeve and label the ATC with important information.

Include a note telling your partner how you created your ATC (what materials you used, what inspired you). You can always add a little more about your day or the things you and your partner have in common. It's fun to get to know each other a bit:)

I am going to require a rating of 4.95. I reserve to ban at my discretion.
