Is the decision based on what our partner would prefer to receive or what we'd like to make ?

I'd like to receive a tag or an ATC. A tag without too many embellishments can be sent in a DL envelope for $1 ( new postage rate ) for those who are entitled to a concession I believe the rate will remain unchanged ( 60c )

I think I was thinking it would be what you want to make but can't hurt to let your partner know what you would like. Just trying to appeal to a wider group of people. I had some feedback from people saying they are "over" collecting ATC . Really I have several hundred in albums .

Yes, me too. All over ATC swaps are quieter maybe the reason is people are tiring of them. I still make them as I like to try new techniques.
