VS - Vintage ATC, lady with a large Hat

Create one Vintage ATC, lady with a large Hat for ONE partner.

You are welcome to use any type of media. Can be collage, mixed media etc. Please use plenty of embellishments to make this a work of art. (ie. ribbon, glitter, charms, stamping, dry/wet embossing, etc you get the idea).This should be a chunky ATC. Please no stickers. Use a sturdy backing, cardstock, cardboard, etc. Please put your name, date, swap name on the back or in a note to your partner.

Please create something that you have a hard time sending away to your partner, coz you want to keep it.
