Hi there!! Maybe this swap has happened before, I'm not sure but who wants to make a snow globe ATC?! (: Rules: ATC must measure 2.5"x3.5" USA only. If anyone wants to host an international version, feel free Use whatever technique you would like to design your ATC but make sure it's quality work. (Something you are proud of) Checking your partners profile would be nice but not necessarily required Make sure you have adequate postage on your envelope At least 3 type 3 swaps and no recent 1s or 3s please.
