Have you ever used feathers on an ATC? Here is your chance!! You must send your 1 partner 1 ATC with a minimum of 1 feather on it. The feather could be on a hat, an animal, used as hair, styled as a pillow.... its up to you! Use your imagination and craftiness to make an beautiful ATC. Please do not stick a feather under a sticker and call it done, take your time and make the feather a real part of the art work. You must have completed 10 swaps and be in good standing.
