Description:
In this swap you will make an ATC with a Valentine theme. You will send the ATC in a Valentine card. The card can be store bought or home made. But please no class room Valentines, sorry. There will be one partner and this one will be for the US. Long sign up time so you have plenty of time to start making your ATC. Time goes so fast so thought I would start early.
