Here's a dumb question: Do you put the url in the brackets or in the parentheses next to the brackets?

It's kind of weird, but there is nothing that goes in the brackets at all. Just an exclamation point, then the brackets, then a parenthesis, then the URL, then the other parenthesis. HTH
