The rule: Postage limit is 86 CENTS (3 ounces). Think outside the box if you're stumped: you can do ATC's, bookmarks, collage, tags, etc. (Just remember: it's one item for each clue)

I'm not clear what the postage limit should be. It should be in ounces, not ¢. Postage is 46¢ for the first ounce and 20¢ for each ounce (partial or full ounce) after that. 1 ounce = 46¢ 2 ounces = 66¢ 3 ounces = 86¢ If you put 92¢ postage on an envie (2 x 46¢ or 2 "forever" stamps), you are really wasting either 26¢ because 2 ounces cost 66¢ or 6¢ because 3 ounces would cost 86¢.
