I want to join the swap, but our postoffice doesn't let me use just 1 postage stamp, I need to buy a whole sheet. And the ones we use within the Netherlands aren't enough to send to the rest of the world. So is it mandatory? We don't have stamps from just a few cents anymore, only with numbers that stand for an x amount of money.
