Description:
I'm gonna take a hint from monkeywatcher :) and start a Texas recipe swap. We'll have three partners and send 2-4 recipes electronically. The recipes should be 'Texan' - red beans and rice, chicken fried steak, tex-mex, barbecue, cobblers, (pecan) pies, sheet cakes, homemade ice cream, just to name a few.
