ATC with Sequins You will create (2) ATC's that includes sequins, one for each partner. Theme: Senders choice, just add sequins. Size: The ATC must measure 2.5 x3.5 and have a sturdy (non-flimsy) backing. NO Cards with JUST STICKERS! 4.9 and higher ratings. Newbies are welcome! I will angel if needed : )
