you will have 2 partners and you will make each partner 2 atc's one must be partiotic and the other can be red , white and blue .Both atc's must have all 3 colors in them !! By being patriotic it must have the flag, part of a song, the pledge of allegiance , uncle sam or something that signifies the united states !! i know people are going to say isn't red white and blue enough but you can pit red , white and blue flowers on it and it is just those 3 colors. Have fun, do your own work and the atc rules apply !! happy swapping

I am running a little behind on my. I am really sorry. With being sick and watching grandsons having had much time. I am hoping to get them out Tuesday.
