Send your partner (1) a Teddy Bear themed ATC mailed in a Teddy themed Mail art envie. Decorate the envelope with whatever you choose to use, but make sure it has teddy bear theme and is decorated on the front and a little at least on the back. That's it. :) Nobody under a 4.9 please.
