So this nail polish can be slightly used? I have at least 30 different nail polishes that I've tried once or twice and now they are all collecting dust in a basket. Would love to send some off to another nail polish freak like myself, lol

I think slightly used is ok, however we'll just want to be smart about it. everyone should remember there is a huge difference between "slightly used" and "50% gone" :)
