The paper to me looks like hello kitty? I have asked people in the stores about kawaii paper and all the stuff they have and no one has heard of it. I live in Wa. state craftybarbie

Kawaii is a Japanese thing... which is probably why no one in the states has heard of it lol. You can google it to get a better idea :-)
