Knitmom7 asked me to host this swap after I suggested this project. Fabric postcards made with a reverse applique design using the messy ribbon technique. A tutorial is given at this website: http://www.sewastraightline.com/2010/03/messy-ribbon-reverse-applique.html The tutorial shows a shamrock design for St. Pat's Day but you will use your own design. Maybe a flower design for Spring or a leaf for you Aussies in Autumn? Choose your design for your card and make the messy ribbon reverse applique'. Have fun! | |
