Description:
This is swap 2 in a series of swaps that I am hosting. This will be a lace ATC swap. Your ATC must include Lace somewhere on it. Basic ATC rules apply, must be 2.5 X 3.5, must be 2 layers of heavy card stock and please put your info on the back of your ATC. (ie: name date,swap name, etc.) Rateing must be 4.5 on up and Newbies are welcome to play along. I am puting a quick turn around on it so if all goes well, I will post lots more!!

2 layers and what I meant to say was good card stock for the base must be used.

I could see if there was fabric involved there would need to be a v sturdy base so it adheres and stays put :)
