The socks I sent are US adult size - I have an exactly pair duplicate and they fit me just fine. I'm a US 8 and they are fine. As for being mailed late -I got called out of state for an emergency and didn't have e-mail access. My apologies. If you'd like, I'd be happy to send you another package.
