Comment: Thank you for the postcard. Yes it is rare that LA is ever that clear. My dad's family is from Los Angeles. He's a native. My grandparents ended up living in Long Beach. My husband's mom is also from LA... well Lakewood to be specific. She lives in San Diego County now.

Comment: BATMAN! that's my husband's favorite superhero. he was quite happy to see the postcard. :) and i'm always searching for good eats in the LA area. a favorite place of mine has to be Shaka's in Alhambra on Main. it's typical Hawaiian food. if you're in the area, you might want to stop by and try it out!
