Comment: Thanks for the story. The problem with anything touch on sci-fi (I know it's not specifically) is you need the science part right -- you can't get green without either sunlight of artificial sunlight. I'm a very flat footed realist.

Different expressions you used enhanced the mood of the story: "Eva felt her heart hold its own drum circle with rhythm and dance." "A quiet fury of white feathers . . . " I was also tickled that we both chose to use transforming owls. I agree that feathers hold a certain 'magic'. Thanks so much for sharing your story with me and for the lovely PC!

Response: So happy you enjoyed my choices for you! :) I get the stamps through a man who does monthly subscriptions & one time orders. He charges the actual stamp amount plus 46 cents for his postage to mail them out. You can go with a random mix or choose themes. (For example, I recently asked for nature / animals, letter-writing / mail, and writers / artists.) :)
