Comment: First of all, I loved the swap. The bento box was really cute and so were the items in it. I have no idea what to do with majority as I have no use but cute. The reason I'm rating a 3 is the lateness. Swap send deadline was 9/28 and you marked it sent on 9/28. I messaged you on 10/6 since I never got it and since I'm in AZ and you're in TX, it should have been here within a week. You told me on 10/6 you had mailed it later as life gets in the way. What I did not expect to see on the box was that it was sent on 10/6. If you had honestly told me you'll be shipping it that day, that would have been fine. If you had never clicked the "sent", I would still let it go. But clicking "sent" and not sending til the day I messaged you is a lie. Sorry but that's just not right and I hope you won't do that in the future. Just to note, if you sent it within couple of days of clicking sent, that would have been fine too but not week and half. You should have clicked the "oops" and mark it unsent.
Response: To clarify this situation, I did send late, and recognize that this is my fault, and once again apologize for this situation. Because of this, I realize you are within your rights to rate me a 3. However, I hit sent on this swap on the day I intended to go to the post office. It did not work out that day and I have a busy schedule and used the next opportunity that I had. I did not think in this period to hit "oops" and re-hit "send" when I got my next opportunity (which I was expecting to be sooner). I sent out the package before I ever read the private message that you sent to me. I put a lot of thought into this swap, and I really hope that you recognize that. I am very sad to see a three and if there is anything I can do or send to rectify or change this please let me know and I will be more than willing to do something.
