Comment: Mailed way later that you said... postmarked 2/23 and the mail date was suppose to be 2/11....but you PMd me to say it was going to be late but you missed that mail date too....the envie was ripped at the bottom and stuff falling out. I received 2 green rhinestones, a handmade envie of confetti that spilled out and was all over the inside and outside of the envie due to the ripped bottom, a sticker sheet, 4 # stickers, and a pin back... no pin attached to it so I dont know if it was broken and lost or if it was just the pin part by its self that you sent... anyways I am rating a 5 because I received the swap but I think you should consider taing the edges of the envies and not adding pin parts as the postal machines tear them up... or just pay the extra $0.20 to have it go unmachinable...
Response: Oh no! I did place the package in the mail on the day I promised but because it is a mailbox in my dorm at school things sometimes take a bit longer to reach the US post office. Yes, there was a pin attached, unfortunately it doesn't sound like it made it to you. I appreciate the rating in spite of the full contents of the envelope not making it to you and I will definitely rethink the packaging next time!

Comment: Although this item is cute, I hardly think you invested $7 in it. Also, when you send items that are bulky in a regular envelope the chances of it getting damaged or lost is pretty high. Luckily the item was still in the envie although there was a large rip and the item was just about ready to come out.
