Comment: ETA: ATC received on 08 Sept 2021 and rating changed to a 3. ORIGINAL: Swap was due 14 Aug, but nothing has been received. I sent a PM on 16 Aug & sender replied on 17 Aug, indicating that a personal issue interfered with the swap, but it would be sent in one week. Nothing arrived, so I sent a second PM on 25 Aug asking for an update. Despite logging in on 29 Aug, sender has not yet read that PM but marked the swap as sent on 29 Aug. I will re-rate when I receive the ATC.
Response: It took longer than expected to be able to deal with the poor outcome of my eye surgery. It would have been kinder if you could have been more understanding so I wouldn't be banned from swaps because of my 3.
