Comment: I made the first communication to contact you on 10 Aug to let you know I did not receive the swap you claimed to have mailed on 19 May. 13 Aug stated you would resend it. Have sent & rec'd loads of mail from UK + Ireland with zero issues. A previous swap in February took weeks to resolve on your end - par for course it appears. Also learned you have multiple accounts set up.

I did notify you at the beginning of June that I did not receive this swap and while I am aware of the postal issues in the UK, mail and postcards from my family have not taken that long. The swap coordinator has angeled this swap. I am willing to change the rating if I do receive it. You really should contact admin or leave a message on Rachel's profile to have your old profile @bambam merged with this new one. Ratings are never really gone when you delete the profile.

Comment: Thank you for sharing your memories of your dad John. I lost my mother last year in September and I totally feel the same. I could never imagine to feel such deep pain and how badly I could miss one person. The only thought that helps a little is that she does not have to suffer any longer (cancer) and that we maybe will meet again after life.

Comment: The stories you told of your late grandmother were of a strong, loving woman who was always there for others. I’m sorry she had to suffer at the end of her life but I’m sure she’s reunited with grandpa now. Glad she was there when you had your first child. RIP Grandma
